Floral Subscription Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier subscription, you agree to the following Subscription Terms & Conditions.
1. Subscription Service
Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier offers a monthly fresh flower subscription, providing a thoughtfully designed bouquet or vase arrangement for pickup or local delivery each month.
Subscriptions renew automatically and continue until cancelled in accordance with these terms.
Each subscription includes one floral arrangement per month, prepared for the designated monthly subscription date.
2. Floral Selection & Design
Subscribers may choose from the following floral offerings:
Petite Vase Arrangement
Classic Vase Arrangement
Grand Vase Arrangement
Statement Vase Arrangement
Hand-Tied Bouquet
Subscribers may also select from five colour palettes: Soft Neutral, Garden Pastel, Vibrant, Moody or Atelier Selection.
Each arrangement is individually designed using fresh, seasonal flowers selected by Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier. The chosen floral offering and colour palette will remain consistent throughout the subscription, although the specific flowers and overall composition will vary from month to month.
Images displayed online are representative of the Atelier's design style and do not guarantee an exact arrangement.
Specific flower varieties are not guaranteed. Seasonal availability, quality and market conditions may require substitutions. Any substitutions will be made at the Atelier's discretion while maintaining the intended colour palette, overall value and design standard.
3. Subscription Schedule
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis.
Subscription flowers are prepared for pickup or local delivery on the second Thursday of each month, unless otherwise communicated by Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier.
To receive flowers that month, subscriptions must be purchased by 5:00 pm on the preceding Friday.
Customers who subscribe after the monthly cutoff will receive their first arrangement on the following month's scheduled pickup or delivery date.
4. Recurring Payments
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically each month.
Your first payment is processed when you purchase your subscription. Subsequent payments are processed monthly based on your original subscription date.
Your recurring billing date may differ from your scheduled flower pickup or delivery date.
Each recurring payment includes the price of your selected floral offering, any applicable delivery fees and applicable taxes.
Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until cancelled. You may update your payment method through your customer account.
5. Subscription Pricing
Subscription pricing is based on the floral offering selected at the time of purchase.
Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier may adjust subscription pricing to reflect changes in flower costs, materials, delivery expenses or other operating costs.
Subscribers will be notified 14 days in advance of any changes affecting their recurring subscription charges and given an opportunity to review their subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future automatic renewals.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been paid for or processed.
Any arrangement already purchased remains subject to the Atelier's order cancellation policy and preparation deadlines.
Subscribers may manage their subscription cancellation through their customer account or contact the Atelier for assistance.
7. Pausing or Skipping a Subscription
Subscriptions cannot be paused or skipped directly through the customer account.
If you need to temporarily stop receiving flowers, you may cancel your existing subscription and purchase a new subscription when you are ready to resume.
Please note that a new subscription will be subject to the products, pricing and availability offered at the time of purchase.
8. Atelier Pickup
Complimentary Atelier Pickup is available at:

Subscription arrangements will be available for pickup on the designated monthly subscription date, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Subscribers are responsible for collecting their flowers during the designated pickup period.
Because flowers are perishable, arrangements collected after the scheduled pickup date may experience reduced freshness. Where reasonably possible, uncollected arrangements will be held until the end of the following business day.
Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier cannot guarantee the condition or freshness of arrangements collected after the designated pickup period. Refunds or replacements are not provided solely because an arrangement was not collected on time, subject to applicable consumer rights.
9. Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within the Atelier's designated delivery area for a flat fee of $20 per arrangement, plus applicable taxes.
When Local Delivery is selected, the delivery fee is automatically included in each monthly subscription payment.
Subscribers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including any necessary access instructions, and ensuring that the recipient or another authorized person can receive the flowers.
One delivery attempt will be made. If delivery cannot be completed, the arrangement may be returned to the Atelier and made available for pickup in accordance with the Atelier's Delivery Policy.
Delivery fees are non-refundable following an attempted delivery, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
10. Subscription Selections and Address Changes
Your selected floral offering, colour palette, delivery address and fulfilment method remain the same for each recurring order.
Squarespace does not support changing these details on an active subscription.
If you wish to change your floral offering, colour palette, delivery address or switch between Atelier Pickup and Local Delivery, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and purchase a new one using your updated selections.
Any orders already processed under the original subscription remain subject to the existing order details and applicable cancellation policy.
If your subscription is a gift, please ensure the recipient information provided at checkout is accurate.
Personal gift card messages submitted with a subscription are included with the first arrangement only.
11. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, the subscriber may be asked to update their payment method.
Subscription arrangements will not be prepared or released for pickup or delivery unless the applicable order has been successfully paid for.
Repeated unsuccessful payment attempts may result in cancellation of the subscription.
12. Fresh Flower Variability
Flowers are natural, seasonal and perishable products. Variations in colour, size, shape, maturity and longevity are inherent to fresh botanical materials.
The lifespan of an arrangement depends on flower variety, environmental conditions and proper care. Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier cannot guarantee a specific vase life.
The Atelier takes care to maintain the overall aesthetic, quality and value of each selected arrangement while allowing the natural character of seasonal flowers to guide the design.
13. Quality Concerns
If you have a concern about the condition of your flowers when received, please contact Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, preferably with photographs showing the concern.
The Atelier will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, replacement flowers or another suitable resolution.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
14. Holidays and Atelier Closures
Scheduled subscription dates may occasionally be adjusted due to statutory holidays, seasonal closures, severe weather, supply interruptions or other circumstances affecting Atelier operations.
Where reasonably possible, subscribers will be notified in advance of any schedule changes and provided with an alternative pickup or delivery date.
15. Changes to These Terms
Thacker & Rue Floral Atelier may update these Subscription Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Where a change materially affects an existing subscriber's recurring charges or subscription service, the Atelier will provide appropriate advance notice in accordance with applicable requirements.
